It's easy to feel lost and out of control.

It does not have to be this way. You might not be able to control your body, but you CAN control the choices you make.

Not only did I have to face my own fertility journey but I have been guiding women through their difficult fertility choices for many years. As a professional coach, I do not provide 'the answers' but rather help you explore and discover the answers which are right for you! I listen without judgement and help bring clarity and awareness of choices.

Without a coach you can certainly walk the journey on your own however, you may be limited by your own knowledge, support and resources. Infertility can be a long road and the measure of success is not only what you achieve when the journey has finished but also how well you have travelled the path.

2. Set A Coaching Schedule A free no obligation call to discuss your situation and decide if coaching is right for you. We will personalize your coaching service and set a schedule.

3. Receive an Invoice: If you decide to go forward with the coaching you will receive an invoice for the pre-arranged coaching service.

4. Pay For Your Coaching: Click on the link in the invoice to pay online for your coaching sessions via Paypal or through fertilityover40.com with your credit card.

5. Benefit from your coaching: You will call the number provided at the scheduled times. You will receive one on one support and mentoring throughout your fertility journey.

COST

Personal coaching is invoiced at $75 per hour. A 15% discount is given if 5 sessions are booked.

You Do Not Need To Walk This Journey Alone

Logistics for Personal Fertility Coaching.

Coaching takes place bytelephone. Coaching calls occur on a regular basis – weekly, biweekly or monthly – as determined by you. The length of each call is predetermined but can be adjusted as circumstances dictate. Calls are normally 30 minutes in length but can be up to 1 hour. Together we agree in advance on a coaching day and time.

Most coaching relationships are usually for a minimum of 5 sessions but this is also predetermined by you and can be extended or shortened as necessary. Typically the coaching relationship lasts for the duration of your infertility treatments.

What You Can Expect.

You will receive in advance a package of materials which will help us prepare for our first session together. The first session is an intake session. I will provide you with more information about coaching and find out how you want to structure our coaching relationship. We will go over your concernshistory and decide on your goals and what you want to get out of the coaching sessions. We also agree on the logistics around our coaching sessions.

Each of us is unique with different goals but coaching sessions often include:

Discussing your fertility treatments and the impact they are having on you, your relationships and other aspects of your life

Answering questions of an educational nature such as how treatments work, alternative methods to increase fertility etc.

Exploring your thoughts and feelings around difficult situations which may arise eg.dealing with attitudes of others, treatment options, when to stop

How to gain control back over your life, how to move forward when you feel 'stuck'

Coaching is accomplished by listening without judgement and through the asking of powerful questions which encourage awareness and open our minds to possibility

How Does Coaching Help Me?

Coaching is an ongoing relationship formed on a basis of trust and confidence. Our coaching relationship will be a strong alliance which will:

Help you reduce stress by having strong, dedicated support throughout your fertility journey

Keep you focused on your goals helping you to find alternative solutions to difficult issues

Help you deal with non-medical issues that are simply part of coping with infertility

Find answers, reduce concerns and gain perspective and control

I will become your confidant and advocate. I will be strong for you in times when you are feeling weak. Through our coaching relationship you will discover the strength and possibilities within yourself.

How Do I Request Personal Coaching?

You can make a no obligation request for personal coaching through this website. We will have an initial phone call to discuss your situation, and decide on a coaching schedule which meets your needs. This includes when we will talk and how long our sessions will be.

If you are comfortable with what we have agreed upon and decide to proceed you will receive an invoice for the first block of coaching sessions. You will also receive an intake package which we will use during our first coaching session.

Coaching will start in accordance with our schedule. Phone calls are placed by you.

Without having walked the path no one can truly understand what you may face both medically and emotionally. I was able to find hope and conquer the challenges of infertility and can help you not only with the many decisions you will face but also allow the journey to enrich your life in ways you may not have thought possible.
